Clark, Perdue Scores in Heart Walk
On Saturday, August 26, CPAS lawyers, staff and families participated in the American Heart Walk The Heart Walk is the premiere fundraising event for The American Heart Association www.americanheart.org. Funds raised through he Heart Walk support heart research and education, and save lives all year long.
This is the eighth consecutive year that our law firm family has participated in this important event. This year, with 30 walkers, we were the third leading corporate fundraiser in Central Ohio, competing against companies with more than 1500 employees! My son Justin and I were proud to be the leading individual fundraisers in Ohio for the fourth year in a row, raising over $20,000 through the kindness of many generous supporters.The Heart Walk is a fun family event with over 1 million participants nationally.
Our annual participation in this event symbolizes our culture of service to the greater community as well as to our clients.
